Dashuroj sh.p.k nuk ofron rimbursim për monedhat që janë blerë me kartë nëse:
- Monedhat janë përdorur për ndonjë funksion brenda faqes;
- Janë dërguar te një përdorues tjetër;
- Janë përdorur për ndonjë veçori shtesë të platformës.
Rimbursimi jepet vetëm nëse sistemi ynë tregon qartë që monedhat janë blerë por nuk janë prekur apo përdorur fare.
- Llogaritë Premium
Të gjitha blerjet për llogaritë Premium janë përfundimtare. Dashuroj sh.p.k nuk ofron rimbursime për asnjë blerje të shërbimeve Premium, pavarësisht nëse janë përdorur apo jo.

- Coin Purchases
Dashuroj sh.p.k does not offer refunds for coins purchased with a card if:
- The coins have been used for any feature within the site;
- They have been sent to another user;
- They have been used for any additional service or feature.
Refunds are granted only if our system clearly shows that the purchased coins were not touched or used at all.
- Premium Accounts
All purchases of Premium accounts are final. Dashuroj sh.p.k does not offer refunds for Premium services under any circumstances, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
