Child Safety Standards
Dashuroj – Albanian Dating App explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards apply to all users, content and interactions on Dashuroj.
1. Adults only
Dashuroj is an adult dating and social platform for people aged 18 or older. People under 18 may not register or use the service. Accounts reasonably identified as belonging to minors may be restricted or removed.
2. Prohibited conduct and material
Dashuroj has zero tolerance for all forms of CSAE and CSAM. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Grooming, soliciting, targeting or contacting children for sexual purposes, online or offline.
- Sexualization, sexual exploitation, trafficking or coercion of minors, including sexual extortion (sextortion).
- Creating, requesting, uploading, storing, sharing, distributing, selling, promoting or facilitating access to CSAM, including via profiles, photographs, posts or messages.
- Encouraging, organizing or enabling any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
3. How to report a concern
Report suspected child exploitation, an underage account or prohibited material using an available in-app reporting feature (such as reporting a profile), or email support@dashuroj.com. Describe the concern and provide the relevant username or profile link when available.
Do not download, copy, forward or attach suspected CSAM to a report. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
4. Review, removal and enforcement
Dashuroj reviews child-safety reports and takes appropriate action when it becomes aware of prohibited content or conduct. Measures include removing offending material, restricting or terminating involved accounts, and preserving or disclosing information where legally required.
5. Reporting to authorities and legal compliance
Dashuroj's policy is to comply with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations. Confirmed CSAM is escalated and reported to the appropriate competent authority, such as the relevant regional authority or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as applicable under law.

Standardet e Sigurisë së Fëmijëve
Dashuroj – Albanian Dating App ndalon shprehimisht Abuzimin dhe Shfrytëzimin Seksual të Fëmijëve (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation – CSAE) dhe Materialet e Abuzimit Seksual të Fëmijëve (Child Sexual Abuse Material – CSAM). Këto standarde zbatohen për të gjithë përdoruesit, përmbajtjet dhe ndërveprimet në Dashuroj.
1. Vetëm për të rritur
Dashuroj është platformë njohjesh dhe komunikimi vetëm për persona 18 vjeç e lart. Personat nën 18 vjeç nuk mund të regjistrohen ose të përdorin shërbimin. Llogaritë që identifikohen në mënyrë të arsyeshme si të personave të mitur mund të kufizohen ose hiqen.
2. Sjelljet dhe materialet e ndaluara
Dashuroj zbaton tolerancë zero ndaj çdo forme të CSAE dhe CSAM. Ndalohet rreptësisht:
- Grooming, joshja, kërkimi ose kontaktimi i të miturve për qëllime seksuale, online ose jashtë internetit.
- Seksualizimi, shfrytëzimi seksual, trafikimi ose detyrimi seksual i të miturve, përfshirë shantazhin seksual (sextortion).
- Krijimi, kërkimi, ngarkimi, ruajtja, ndarja, shpërndarja, shitja, promovimi ose mundësimi i qasjes në CSAM, duke përfshirë profilet, fotografitë, postimet dhe mesazhet.
- Nxitja, organizimi ose mundësimi i çdo forme të abuzimit ose shfrytëzimit seksual të fëmijëve.
3. Si të raportoni
Raportoni dyshimet për shfrytëzim seksual të fëmijëve, llogari të personave nën moshë ose materiale të ndaluara përmes funksionit të disponueshëm të raportimit në aplikacion (për shembull, raportimi i profilit), ose me email në support@dashuroj.com. Përshkruani shqetësimin dhe, kur është e mundur, jepni emrin e përdoruesit ose lidhjen e profilit.
Mos shkarkoni, kopjoni, përcillni ose bashkëngjitni materiale të dyshuara CSAM gjatë raportimit. Nëse një fëmijë është në rrezik të menjëhershëm, kontaktoni shërbimet vendore të emergjencës ose policinë.
4. Shqyrtimi, heqja dhe masat
Dashuroj shqyrton raportimet për sigurinë e fëmijëve dhe merr masat përkatëse kur vihet në dijeni të përmbajtjeve ose sjelljeve të ndaluara. Masat përfshijnë heqjen e materialeve shkelëse, kufizimin ose mbylljen e llogarive të përfshira dhe ruajtjen ose dhënien e informacionit kur kërkohet me ligj.
5. Raportimi tek autoritetet dhe zbatimi i ligjit
Politika e Dashuroj është të respektojë ligjet e zbatueshme për sigurinë e fëmijëve dhe detyrimet e raportimit. Rastet e konfirmuara të CSAM eskalohen dhe raportohen tek autoritetet kompetente, si autoritetet përkatëse rajonale ose National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), sipas legjislacionit të zbatueshëm.
