1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
- the Dashuroj mobile application;
- Dashuroj.com and related pages;
- profiles, discovery, matching, messaging, posts, gifts, credits, subscriptions, advertisements, support, verification, and other services provided through Dashuroj.
Dashuroj is operated by Dashuroj Sh.p.k., a limited liability company registered in Kosovo (“Dashuroj”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing Dashuroj, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Dashuroj.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You may use Dashuroj only if:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- you are not prohibited from using Dashuroj under applicable law;
- you have not previously been removed from Dashuroj for serious misconduct, unless we have expressly authorized a new account;
- you comply with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
You may not create an account for another person without lawful authority and that person’s informed permission.
We may request age, identity, or account-verification information where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You must provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information and keep it reasonably updated.
You are responsible for:
- protecting your password, device, login credentials, and verification codes;
- activity performed through your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security;
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access;
- ensuring that information and content you submit are lawful and do not violate another person’s rights.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially trade your account.
We may limit, suspend, or require additional verification where we reasonably detect unusual access, fraud, account sharing, impersonation, or a safety risk.
4. LICENSE TO USE DASHUROJ
Subject to these Terms, Dashuroj grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for lawful, private, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not permit you to:
- copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Dashuroj;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- access Dashuroj through unauthorized automated tools;
- bypass access controls, payment systems, rate limits, moderation, or security measures;
- use Dashuroj to create or train a competing service without written authorization;
- scrape, collect, index, or reproduce profiles, photographs, messages, or other user data.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Dashuroj and its licensors.
5. USER CONTENT
“User Content” includes profile information, photographs, videos, biographies, posts, comments, messages, attachments, reactions, and other material you submit through Dashuroj.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Dashuroj a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical display, transmit, moderate, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and improve Dashuroj;
- show your profile, posts, messages, or other content to intended users;
- provide safety, moderation, verification, support, and fraud-prevention functions;
- promote Dashuroj using public content where permitted by your settings and applicable law;
- comply with law and enforce these Terms.
This license continues while the content remains on the service. It ends after deletion from active systems, except where:
- another user has lawfully retained content you shared with them;
- limited copies remain temporarily in backups;
- retention is necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legal claims;
- content has been anonymized or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND CONTENT
You may not use Dashuroj to engage in, encourage, or distribute content involving:
- anyone under 18, including attempts to contact minors for dating or sexual purposes;
- sexual exploitation, trafficking, grooming, or non-consensual sexual content;
- threats, violence, stalking, harassment, intimidation, blackmail, or coercion;
- hate speech or attacks based on protected characteristics;
- impersonation, identity theft, catfishing, or materially misleading profiles;
- fraud, romance scams, financial solicitation, phishing, or requests for passwords, payment codes, or banking credentials;
- spam, bulk messaging, unauthorized advertising, pyramid schemes, or commercial solicitation;
- prostitution, escort solicitation, or transactions involving sexual services where prohibited by law or our policies;
- controlled substances, weapons, or illegal goods or services;
- doxxing, publication of private information, or sharing another person’s intimate content without consent;
- malware, harmful code, credential theft, or attempts to compromise accounts, devices, servers, databases, or networks;
- scraping, bots, fake engagement, manipulation of matches, or evasion of restrictions;
- infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- any unlawful conduct or content.
We may remove content, restrict features, reduce visibility, suspend an account, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules were violated.
7. SAFETY AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS
Dashuroj provides tools for discovery, communication, and matching. We do not control what users say or do outside the service and cannot guarantee another user’s identity, intentions, statements, conduct, compatibility, or safety.
A verification badge indicates only that a limited verification process was completed. It is not a criminal-background check, endorsement, or guarantee.
When communicating or meeting another user:
- use reasonable caution;
- do not send money or financial credentials;
- keep sensitive personal information private until trust is established;
- meet in a public place and tell someone where you are going;
- arrange your own transport;
- stop communication and report conduct that feels unsafe, coercive, fraudulent, or abusive.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or law-enforcement authority.
8. MATCHING, DISCOVERY, AND AVAILABILITY
Dashuroj may use preferences, location, activity, profile information, and safety or quality signals to rank or recommend profiles and content.
We do not guarantee:
- any minimum number of profiles, likes, matches, messages, views, or responses;
- that a specific user will see your profile;
- that recommendations will be compatible or accurate;
- uninterrupted availability of any feature;
- that all content will remain available permanently.
We may test, add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will comply with applicable law and relevant app-store requirements.
9. PURCHASES, CREDITS, GIFTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
9.1 App-store billing
Purchases made in the mobile application are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
The price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, trial conditions, and cancellation options shown by Apple or Google at the time of purchase form part of your purchase terms.
Apple or Google may apply its own terms, payment rules, refund rules, and account requirements.
9.2 Subscriptions
If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription:
- the subscription renews according to the period and price displayed by Apple or Google unless cancelled;
- you must manage or cancel it through the relevant Apple or Google account settings;
- deleting Dashuroj or deleting your Dashuroj account does not automatically cancel the app-store subscription;
- access may continue until the end of the paid billing period, subject to the store’s rules and applicable law.
9.3 Credits and virtual items
Credits, boosts, gifts, badges, and similar features are limited, revocable rights to use digital functionality within Dashuroj.
Unless expressly stated in a separate creator or influencer agreement:
- they are not money, deposits, property, securities, or stored-value accounts;
- they have no cash-redemption value;
- they may not be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside authorized Dashuroj functions;
- they may be limited to the account and platform on which they were purchased;
- they may be removed where a transaction is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, unauthorized, or charged back.
Any creator or influencer payout program is governed by separate written terms.
9.4 Refunds
Refund requests for Apple or Google purchases are generally handled by the store through which the purchase was completed and under that store’s rules.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.5 Pricing changes
We may change future prices, packages, credit quantities, subscription features, or promotional offers. A price change does not alter a completed one-time purchase. Subscription price changes are handled according to applicable law and app-store procedures.
10. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Dashuroj may display advertisements, including advertisements from verified local businesses.
An advertisement, external link, integration, or mention does not necessarily mean that Dashuroj endorses the advertiser or third party.
Third-party websites, stores, payment systems, and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Dashuroj is not responsible for services it does not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dashuroj, including its name, logos, design, software, interface, databases, text, graphics, and other service content, is owned by or licensed to Dashuroj and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not use Dashuroj trademarks, branding, screenshots, designs, or copyrighted material for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where law expressly allows it.
To report alleged infringement, contact:
Your notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, its location, your contact details, and the basis of your claim.
12. MODERATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
You may stop using Dashuroj at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls or the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe:
- these Terms or the Community Guidelines were violated;
- the account creates a safety, fraud, legal, reputational, or security risk;
- payment activity is fraudulent, reversed, or unauthorized;
- the account belongs to a person under 18;
- the account interferes with the service or another person’s rights;
- action is required by law or a valid authority;
- the service or relevant feature is discontinued.
Where reasonably possible and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent harm, fraud, evidence loss, or service disruption.
Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
Sections concerning intellectual property, user-content permissions already exercised, purchases, legal claims, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective.
13. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data.
By using Dashuroj, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described in that policy and under applicable law.

14. SERVICE CHANGES, MAINTENANCE, AND INTERRUPTIONS
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that Dashuroj will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The service may be unavailable because of:
- maintenance, updates, or feature changes;
- internet, app-store, hosting, cloud, or telecommunications failures;
- security incidents or emergency measures;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- events outside reasonable control.
We will use reasonable efforts to restore material service interruptions where they are within our control.
15. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Dashuroj is provided on an “as available” basis;
- recommendations, verification indicators, and profile information may be incomplete or inaccurate;
- we do not guarantee matches, relationships, compatibility, conduct, identity, income, status, or user intentions;
- you remain responsible for your communications, meetings, decisions, and interactions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes legal guarantees, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dashuroj Sh.p.k. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of opportunity, reputation, data, or anticipated benefit, arising from your use of Dashuroj.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and will not be limited where the law prohibits limitation, including in cases of fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.
Dashuroj is not responsible for another user’s independent conduct, but this does not remove any responsibility imposed on us by law for our own acts or omissions.
17. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLAIMS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs caused by:
- your unlawful use of Dashuroj;
- content you submit without necessary rights;
- your material breach of these Terms;
- fraud, abuse, or intentional interference with the service.
This section does not apply where the loss was caused by Dashuroj or where consumer law does not permit such responsibility to be imposed.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:
- the service or business model;
- safety, security, or technical requirements;
- law, regulation, or app-store requirements;
- products, subscriptions, credits, or paid features.
We will publish the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date.
Where required by law or where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice and request consent where necessary.
If you continue using Dashuroj after revised Terms become effective, the revised Terms apply to future use. This does not permit us to retroactively remove rights that already arose under applicable law.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you habitually reside.
Before starting formal proceedings, you may contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue:
Courts in Kosovo will have jurisdiction where legally permitted. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove any right to bring a claim before a court or authority that has mandatory jurisdiction under the law applicable to you.
You may also contact the competent consumer-protection or data-protection authority where applicable.
20. GENERAL TERMS
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful.
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the Dashuroj business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional paid-feature or creator terms presented to you, form the agreement governing your use of Dashuroj.
